Everything is back to normal this morning. It's the header of your LJ that looked strange to me, not the fic. On AO3 everything looks peachy :).
Alex doesn't strike me as a man of many words. It'll take some effort, and some time to get to hear the whole story me thinks. Which sounds fine with me :).
