Oh, Myr, I think, it's just ANOTHER fic!! A new one. Not the one with the beast Kleitos *g* and the poor Hephaistion - it's a really big story. Plot: Philippos doesn't want his son loved by Hephaistion but by a REAL man (ha, Kleitos!) and so he puts Hephaistion in his own bed and Alexander in the arms of Kleitos. And so on, and so on... over years and years... until the end (btw., until THREE alternative ends.)
... and, surprise, the first chapter.... in English... I tried.... *babbles* will you be so kind to beta? And - will you post it in your LJ here? I think there are a lot of people who want to read it. It will take time... but I'm willing to translate the whole shit 80 sites *laughs*.
I'm so glad to see this worked out for you ^_^! Really looking forward to this. It does sound intriguing, especially the two-faced Alexander part. I love stories with multi-dimensional characters (nothing's black or white in this life...) and I think the best way to honor this great man is by showing all the different aspects his personality may have had.

Not only Alexander is two-faced but the whole people in this story. Kleitos is a brave but cowardly man, too (in a strange way!), Hephaistion is a broken and schizoid man, Alexander isn't very compassionate at all - you'll see, all our well-known sweethearts are destroyed souls, and this is what I think of them: SUCH a life COULD not have been nice and pink - it was HELL and left all people in a personal inner desaster. So I'm going to translate more of this horror-story *g*, Myr will be so friendly to beta it and to post it here, in her LJ. It's a very Kleitos-centered story, I hope you will enjoy it, because he isn't sinister and dark but true and careful, in a clumsy way. *g*
